Where are you located?
I’m located in Perth , Western Australia but provide assistance to businesses nationwide.
How do you charge?
We charge an hourly rate which includes equipment and high level experience. We do, however, have particular rates for phone management and business projects. If you’d like further details, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
I do not charge blocks of hours in advance like many other VA’s do, I believe in a transparent and fair service. You are only charged for what you require at any given time. This could be a one-off assignment of 5 hours, daily assistance of 1 hour per day or 2 hours one week and 10 hours the next. It is entirely up to you. We charge up to the minute so if we only complete 36 minutes, you are charged 36 minutes.
At Perth Virtual Services, we understand things can change week to week so we are flexible and can provide as little or as much assistance as you require week by week.
Are there lock-contracts?
No, there are no lock in contracts, you can cease work whenever you decide. All that is required is 7 days notice.
